  • How do I start?

  • How much does it cost?
    * Individual sessions are £75 for 50 min session * Cancellation policy is more than 48 hours, otherwise you'd incur full sessional fee.
  • How long does each session last?
    I offer 10-15 min intro call to gauge if may be a suitable match. If we are, subsequent paid sessions are 50 minutes.
  • How many sessions will I need?
    Therapy isn’t an exact science and there isn’t a one system fits all. We will work together to create a personalised plan on how to get you through the challenges you are facing.
  • How are the sessions conducted?
    I would prefer in-person, face-to-face sessions in North London; however, if this does not work with your availability or accessibility, we can consider online therapy. Online therapy is accessible from all devices. I usually conduct our sessions via WhatsApp, MS Teams or Google Meets, but you can let me know your preference.
  • What if I need to cancel a session?
    If you wish to change or cancel an appointment, you will be required to provide more that 48 hours’ notice and you will have the chance to rebook your session at a time that suits you. If you provide less than 48 hours, you will incur a full sessional fee because I reserve the full 50 minutes for you and because of schedule restrictions.
  • When do I pay for my session?
    The payment is required 24-hours prior the session via a bank transfer and the bank details will be provided in our Counselling Agreement.
  • How do I pay?
    I accept cash payments or bank transfers; the details will be provided via the initial contract.
  • Do you offer concessions?
    Please inquire during the initial call.
